At Essex Fashion House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.
Package Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags still attached, and place them securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
